Terms of service
These terms govern your use of togetherlyvaltbx.beauty. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use the site. They are written in plain English because that is how we would want to read them ourselves.
1. About the site and these terms
togetherlyvaltbx.beauty is published by Togetherly Valtbx Media Ltd of Second Floor, 18 Broad Street, Bristol BS1 2HG, United Kingdom. It is an editorial website offering guides to spa hotels and spa traditions in Europe. We do not sell travel, take bookings, act as an agent for any hotel or receive commission from any operator. These terms, together with the privacy policy and the cookie policy, form the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site.
2. The nature of the content
The guides are opinion and general information, written on stated editorial criteria. They are not a ranking, not a recommendation of any specific hotel for any specific person and not professional advice of any kind. In particular, nothing on the site is medical advice: descriptions of thermal water, sauna, cold plunges, thalassotherapy or treatment programmes describe traditions and practices, not benefits, and anyone considering a spa stay for health reasons should consult a qualified doctor. Facilities, opening hours, dress codes, inclusions and access arrangements change, and you should confirm anything that matters to you directly with the hotel or bathhouse before booking or travelling.
3. Your obligations
You agree to use the site lawfully and for its intended purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting, interfere with its operation, scrape or harvest its content at scale, introduce malicious code, or use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited commercial material. You are responsible for ensuring that your own device and connection are suitable for accessing the site.
4. Intellectual property
The text, images, graphics, layout and code of the site are owned by or licensed to Togetherly Valtbx Media Ltd and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You may view the site, print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute or commercially exploit any substantial part of the content without our written permission. Names of towns, bathhouses, hotels and organisations mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
5. Links to other sites
The site links to external resources, such as heritage bodies and regulators, where they help the reader. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, and a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of any linked site is governed by that site's own terms.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice, and we may revise the content as our editorial judgement or the underlying facts change. We may also revise these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your visit is the one that applies.
7. Liability
The site is provided free of charge and on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and conditions, express or implied, about the site and its content, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including any loss connected with a hotel booking, travel arrangement or health decision made after reading it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Termination
We may restrict or terminate your access to the site, without notice, if you breach these terms or if we reasonably suspect misuse. Sections 4, 7, 9 and 10 continue to apply after any termination.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of your use of the site are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland, Northern Ireland or a member state of the European Union you may also bring proceedings in your local courts and may rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
10. Disputes
If you have a complaint about the site or its content, please write to [email protected] first. We will try to resolve the matter informally and promptly, and most corrections are handled this way. If we cannot resolve it, either party may pursue the remedies available under the law described above. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
